The Victorian Tudor oak bureau features a fold-down front with pull-out supports (the supports must be used when lowering the writing surface for support). When opened, it reveals a red leather tooled writing surface, as well as small drawers and pigeon holes. The bureau also includes four drawers with carved green man handles. And a side, shelved cupboard.
Condition report-unit is in good/used condition. Some marks here and there-commensurate with age and use. The key is temperamental but does lock the upper desk. The lower cupboard does not lock.
Overall a very stunning piece.
